Pricing
All prices quoted are in 'British pounds' (£).
You may purchase goods from ukfineart.com with your credit card using currencies other than 'pounds sterling'. In such cases your credit card company will be billed in 'British pounds' and they in turn will bill you in your local currency. The actual exchange rate applied to your transaction will be the rate set by your credit card company on the date of the transaction.
UK FineArt cannot be held responsible for the exchange rate or any other charges applied to your transaction by your credit card company.
Payment Options
Payment can be made by most major credit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase.
For your peace of mind the transmission of credit card details for all UK FineArt on-line orders is carried by Wix Payments’ secure network
Local Sales Tax & Duties
No local sales taxes or duties are included in the quoted prices. It is your responsibility to pay any such charges where applicable.
Security
UK FineArt wants your shopping experience to be fun, simple, and SAFE! We use Wix Payments to process your credit card details. We never see your credit card details, they are encrypted by your browser and sent directly to Wix Payment’s secure server, which then uses a private link to verify your credit card. This process ensures that no one can intercept your personal information or your credit card number.
In the unlikely event of fraud, most financial institutions will limit your liability.
Order Confirmation
When your order is processed, a receipt page will appear for you to print out with your order number.
Also you will receive order confirmation by e-mail from UK FineArt and Wix Payment’s to confirm your payment has been authorised.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order, for any reason, before it is shipped and you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be actioned immediately and should be with you within a few days.
Should you cancel after the goods have been shipped, you will be asked to return the goods (unopened) and pay for the cost of returning the goods; this being the only cost incurred to yourself. Refunds will be actioned once your returns have been received back into stock.
The cancellation of orders after 3 days of receiving the goods cannot be accepted.

Packing Your Pictures
Great care is taken to ensure that your pictures reach you in the same condition that they leave UK FineArt's offices.
Your Prints are checked and then wrapped in tissue paper before being rolled into a 4" or 5" mailing tube. The Tube is then sealed and despatched.
Delivery
Goods will normally be despatched within 3 working days. The actual delivery time will depend on the destination. A signature to confirm receipt of your order may be required.
You will be advised of any delay or if the item is no longer available.
Deliveries to destinations outside the UK could take up to two weeks or more because of the greater distances involved and possible custom checks 'en route'.
Unless a prior arrangement has been made, we will endeavour to deliver all goods within 7 days of the order (in the UK) and within 30 days for overseas orders.
If for any reason that UK FineArt cannot deliver within this time the customer will be notified immediately and with agreement another time for delivery will be made or the customer has the option to request a refund.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn if the stock is 'sold out'.
If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
UK FineArt does not guarantee that orders will be available on a specific date or delivered within a specific time schedule.
If delivery is delayed or advanced through no fault of UK FineArt or its agent, UK FineArt's liability shall be limited to a refund or reduction in delivery charges at UK FineArt's discretion.
Shipping Charges are a one-off payment of either:-
£8.00 for UK
£17.00 for Western Europe and the Rest of the World
Countries in Western Europe = Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Ireland(Republic of), Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland & UK.
All other Countries are "Rest of the World"
Damage, Loss & Complaints
In the unlikely event that your product is lost in transit please advise us by email:
· within 10 working days, from the date of your order, for UK orders
· within 28 days, from the date of your order, for international orders
Should your product arrive damaged please retain the packaging and the product and contact us within 5 days of receipt of your goods; take a photograph of the damaged parcel and attach it to your email and we will organise a replacement.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
In the event that you have cause for complaint please email us the details and we will do our upmost to resolve your grievance.
We will endeavour to deal with your complaint in a fair, confidential, and effective manner.

We will contact you by the next working day (Mon to Fri) following receipt of your returns.

UK FineArt shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this Web Site.
