Brian Eden

Brian gained a scholarship to the Liverpool School of Art at the age of thirteen and studied there for four years, gaining his basic understanding of art. On leaving Art School he became a Graphic Designer for a Liverpool company. During his National Service with The Marine Commandos, he continued drawing and painting wherever possible, and thereafter gained further experience as a Graphic Designer for a number of companies in the print industry.
Since leaving school, Brian has continued to develop his art, first in the field of oil painting and now in water-colours. His superb draughtsmanship is the "key" to the quality of his paintings, combined with good use of colour and meticulous attention to detail.
He has a penchant for the Victorian era and many of his paintings portray the beauty of Victorian England and his highly individual water-colours are avidly sought by collectors both in this country and abroad.
Brian lives with his wife, son and daughter in Lancashire.
