Tom Brown
Oil Paintings |
Tom Brown was born in Salford in 1933. After leaving school he worked as a commercial artist in Manchester. National Service saw him serving in Korea and on his return he began painting as a hobby and his scenes of Salford were soon snapped up by his family and friends. Now a full time artist, Tom has exhibited his work throughout Lancashire and Cheshire. The last exhibition at Salford Gallery sold out completely.
The publishers are now giving him the opportunity to introduce his work to a wider public and the feeling is that his contribution to the northern art scene will be of major importance. |
